Kay Lantrip, PE
Ms. Lantrip is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience leading federal contracting projects both locally and nationally. With diverse public and private sector experience including general building as well as heavy civil and infrastructure, Ms. Lantrip’s experience includes managing up to $2 billion in high-profile projects and award-winning government and corporate building construction. In addition, she delivers innovative design-build and sustainable design project experience with the ability to establish and build relationships among owners, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and employees.
In her role as President of IDIAS Contracting, Ms. Lantrip’s responsibilities include leading project teams on large, complex projects; design-build and program development/execution strategy; construction budgeting, planning, forecasting, scheduling, and execution; risk management; staff management and mentoring; contract negotiations; purchasing and estimating; integration of technology; managing quality control programs and environmental, health, and safety programs; and sustainability program development and implementation.

Mr. Macdonell has a diverse professional background with 20 years of experience in environmental remediation and construction. His project experience includes work for both private and public clients, from preliminary investigations and design through startup and commissioning of systems. Mr. Macdonell has strong project management skills and has successfully developed clients for long-term relationships.
